Since Dellicker Strategies was founded in 2005, we have utilized our knowledge and understanding of broadband technology to successfully complete $90 million in new networking projects.

For example, by partnering with Dellicker Strategies, Pennsylvania schools have seen a 1,900 percent increase in their education network capacity.  Just a cursory view of the maps on this page illustrates the significant change that Pennsylvania has undergone in the last four years.

The first map, primarily in red, illustrates that before Dellicker Strategies’ involvement with Act 183 of 2004, or E-Fund, most schools in Pennsylvania were stuck on the wrong side of the Digital Divide.  Except for a few districts mostly in the Southeast and in the Pittsburgh area, Pennsylvania’s schools had inadequate broadband service, and the most rural and the poorest areas were in the worst situation, with growing needs and little hope for improvement.

Now, by partnering with state government and telecommunications companies, Dellicker Strategies has worked to ensure a complete turnaround for Pennsylvania schools illustrated by the map, primarily in green.   Almost all now have access to high speed networks, with the overwhelming majority connected at 100 Megabits per second or even Gigabit speeds. 
 

Today, our fastest growing market is the healthcare sector.  Dellicker Strategies is helping big hospitals, mid-sized clinics and small providers in the same way we’ve brought tremendous technology improvements for education.  As many hospitals and health systems put digital technology at the top of their priority list, we have already provided several hospitals with improved networks to move digital images and digital healthcare records quickly and accurately, ultimately improving patient care.  As digital technology continues to be a commitment for healthcare providers, we can provide the support to enhance this critical technology.
